Low energy diets

Low energy diets are favoured for weight loss because they reduce energy intake to below your total daily energy expenditure (the amount of energy you use up each day). This means your body must burn fat to make up the shortfall in energy. â€‹Our  low energy diet plans are formulated by accredited practising dieticians in Australia. They support weight loss by reducing your daily energy intake.

Each low energy diet plan gives a 7-day meal plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. The total daily energy content for each meal plan is 1200 kcal and is nutritionally complete ensuring the recommended intake of micronutrients, essential fats and protein for the average person. Each plan shows the daily macronutrient composition of each meal along with an illustrated recipe guide.


The low energy diet plan bundle gives a 52 week plan. That's over 1,000 individual meals.
